Spring Registration AND your SDFC

note on club team expansion:
The establishment of a new team under SDFC requires
a formal evaluation process. A plan is required to render
a recommendation on viability, the existing player base,
and new player requirements. The Board
of Directors shall evaluate the information and
make a determination prior to league registration deadlines.
After registration deadlines, adding teams will not
be considered unless the team was in existence and is
simply joining SDFC as a whole. The Board's final
decision will take into account the team's viability
and sustainability, competitive outlook, & impact
to the club's morale and image. All Board Members must
agree to approve expansion or addition.

you need to e-mail your photo today...hurry,
don't wait.

Please note:
If you are a club member, that alone does not guarantee
you a spot on a club team. Your skill & fitness,
talent, fit within a team and your coaches decision
on that mix is the key to a spot on a team.
If you were
selected you must insure all fees and paperwork is done
prior to the team registration date.
IF YOU ARE NOT
ON A ROSTER THEN YOU HAVE A FEW OPTIONS
1)
If there are club members that were not selected to
an existing team but have enough to form another club
team then the club will help your team organize and
get into the 2C or other Division.
2) You may get your league fees back
for this season and find another team, no hard feelings.
3) Come back to us in the spring... we may add another
team or there may be some positions available.
4) You may remain with the club to practice and play
in tournaments where players are needed. The dues are
only $25 (Club Membership) to practice plus any tournament
fees where you play. You will still be one of us and
we'll be happy to have you around.
5) You may pay your SUASL fees and be placed on a team
for reserve only. There is no guarantee you will play
or see equal time or even dress out... but it is an
option. If this is your choice you will be required
to not become a problem on the sideline, asking for
playing time or complaining.
6) If you find another team once the season starts,
no hard feelings. It's only $5 to change teams.

Dues are not refundable.
