Players
Pre-Game: Get
a good meal and lots of sleep the night before a game.
Also remember hydration starts the night before. Muscle
injuries are contributed to by dehydration. Remember
to buy the beer if you have the team cooler. They don't
sell beer early on Sunday.
Warm up: Arrive
for the warm up, dressed and ready to go, at least 45
minutes prior to game time. Stretch and warm up muscles
to loosen up & keep from getting injuries.
Game time: Get
to it!
Post
game:
Get to know your teammates. Stick around
a few minutes to watch the next game and have a beer.
Family & Fans
What to bring: Chair
or blanket, lots to drink, sunscreen and a hat with
a brim.
Responsibility:
Bring lots of attitude to cheer the home teams and heckle
the opponent. Wear the team color. It makes a difference.
