Dear Dragons,

Welcome to the Club! The 2004 season is getting under way and initiates on Saturday, April 24^th. Please make sure that you make your best effort to make the games. Game time is 4:30 on Saturdays. Please do your best to arrive at least 30 minutes before game time.

Out of simple courtesy, I expect an email from all of you at least once a week to confirm your participation or absence from the field the Tuesday before each game. We need to plan for any gaps. I hope that you are all as excited as I am. I promise you that we will be an exemplary organization and the envy of the league. As it is difficult to start from scratch here in Chicago, I will ask for a little patience while we settle in and work out the kinks. I look forward to providing a few sponsorships throughout the season, which will allow us to build out the Club effectively.

We are expecting to have a great season. We have a lot of offensive talent, and are currently working to secure the defense. All we ask is that you give it your best on the field each week. Recruiting – is everyone’s responsibility. Please join me in seeking out quality players for the Club. We will continue to bolster the roster knowing that players will miss from time to time.

I look forward to playing alongside all of you, and hope that our relationships extend off the field as well. This is what has made the Club great in Arizona, and I am sure that you will benefit from the same here. We will make available to you several Family Activities so that we can all enjoy this adventure in a fun and extraordinary way.
